SPECIAL NOTICE Hi everyone, we hope you're all well. Please be advised that we have suspended all Medicine Hat- Calgary- Medicine Hat and Lethbridge- Calgary- Lethbridge routes temporarily until May 1, 2020. We will still take calls, return messages and make tentative bookings for when we reopen. We are very anxious to get moving again and we will keep you all informed on any further changes to our service.

SPECIAL NOTICE UPDATE: Hi folks, just to bring you all up to speed. We will continue to operate Medicine Hat-Calgary-Medicine Hat and Lethbridge-Calgary-Lethbridge however, we are only able to sustain limited number of routes. Please contact us for more info on availability. Also, be aware that we have decreased our allowable passenger capacity on our vans and busses in order to comply with distancing guidelines. I would like to also remind anyone that has landed from international travel within the last 14 days or anyone that is experiencing any symptoms to please make alternative arrangements as we will not allow you on our shuttle. We would also like to thank everyone for relying on on us for your essential travel needs during this difficult time.

SPECIAL NOTICE: J & L Shuttle Service will be operating at limited service & capacity until further notice. We will not pick up international passengers from any location that have arrived and are within the prescribed 14 day isolation period. We also ask that anyone with any symptoms that are considering booking to please make other arrangements. We value your patronage and we will continue to offer service as long as we are able to. We will also continue to post any new updates on our service, we are hopeful to get back to normal as soon as possible..
