Today’s mission: flour bombing competition! We had a blast competing against some of our Airport partners in hitting the target. Special thank you to Diamond Flight Centre for flying all of the Top Guns in this mission!

Meet Ryan, Electrical Maintenance at London International Airport - "My role at LIA includes working on tasks around the airport that enhance the experience of the airport. I like being able to see how things are constantly changing and becoming more serviceable and accommodating for the staff and customers. It’s rewarding seeing how the work you do effects everyone on a day to day basis from big changes to the little jobs as well. I actually started working at LIA in March o...f this year, just before COVID really hit, and it's been a unique experience jumping into a new workplace that was also experiencing drastic change. What surprised me about working at an airport was all the little details and roles that go into making it run almost seamlessly for the passengers that come through. There is a lot that happens behind the scenes and a lot of people doing great things together to make that happen. It's been a beauti-fall week here at LIA! We've been busy helping passengers as they pass through our Airport, conducting winter ops and rescue training + checking projects off our to-do list.

Meet Keaghan, ACE at London International Airport - My favourite part of being an ACE is the interactions I get to have with so many different people, and being able to help make their travel as seamless as possible. A fun fact about me is that je suis bilingue (French/English). My tip for passengers is to remember to bring a mask, and try to arrive two hours prior to your flight time. Doing this will allow you to get checked in and through security with time to spare, helpi...ng to relieve some of the stress that travel can bring. #LifeAtYXU

Preparations are underway for Jordan's Run the Runway kicking off today! Who’s joining the physically distanced 5km run in support of YMCA’s Camp Queen Elizabeth?

We've been working on a little something exciting with Start.ca, The Marketing Department and New Earth Solutions... Stay tuned! *Masks and social distancing protocols were followed during filming of this video. Masks were only removed by those featured when being recorded.
