Please join us for our Holiday Dinner on Nov 25, 2017! The Holidays are just around the corner, and so is our annual Holiday Event! This year, because our recent Scotiabank Dinner and Learn event had to be cancelled in September, our longtime partner Scotiabank has kindly offered to co-host this event. Please come out for the fun get-together, catch up with old friends, meet new ones, AND get some financial advice, all in one fantastic evening. Apply to the Korean Canadian Pre-Medical Student Mentorship Program! The Korean Canadian Pre-Medical Student Mentorship Program aims to establish peer-to-peer relationships between Korean-Canadian medical students currently enrolled in University of Toronto medical school and those considering medicine as a future career. Eligibility: The students must be currently enrolled in or have already completed a Bachelor degree from an accredited Canadian/American university. The st...udents must have completed or are planning to complete the basic requirements for medical school admissions (MCAT and basic course requirements). Application process: To be considered for enrolment, students must submit the attached application form. A panel of medical school mentors will review all applications and select those applicants that will be invited to a brief interview-style discussion. After the interview, the successful applicants will be notified of their mentor match. Duration: The formal duration of the program is 1 year. However, mentors are encouraged to provide guidance to their mentees after the completion of the program. The deadline for submitting the application form is September 14, 2017 Please email [email protected] to receive your application as well as to submit your completed application.
