Good afternoon Kimberley! This hot summer has to come to an end at some point; with frost on its way we are picking beautiful flower bouquets offering them for 10$ vase included!! Plant sale hours are Monday-Friday 9-4:30 We can only accept cash We are excited to see our Lindsay park students return this fall and continue to learn about plants with us. We also welcome other groups to come utilize our pesticide and herbicide free environment.!!

Good Afternoon Kimberley! First signs of fall are in the air Our plant sale is still on growing! So far we have avoided frost, come on up before old man winter steps in the door and closes out summer!! ... We have trays of Basil and other Herbs! All our produce is picked daily!! What we do not sell is donated to the food recovery depot! We encourage other grows to contribute to the cause; it’s a shame to waste food in these trying times. They produce lush green foliage in the springtime with no flowers and in the fall they have a eruption of colour full light purple clusters with no foliage. Good morning Kootenays! The sun is up The grass is riz We are giving tulips to our kids!... Lindsay park school planted tulips and daffodils last fall! The students have been coming to the park for outside learning and were rewarded with flowers! Various other classes have been coming to the Gardens for outdoor learning. We are busy planting for summer and enjoy seeing the community learning and loving this space.

Our annual Planting season has begun up at the gardens!! Our dedicated staff is working hard everyday at planting and designing beautiful beds for everyone to enjoy! As well, Here is a peek at our tulip and daffodil beds which are in peak bloom. Come visit us up in townsite and view our beds bursting with colorful tulips and vibrant daffodils. They won’t bloom forever so don’t miss your chance!! ... Some of you may have also noticed that the tea house has been re painted. We would like to thank the team that worked on this project Derochie Painting. The colors are absolutely lovely and will accent each season in their own unique way. If anyone is interested in volunteering this season feel free to contact us, we have a variety of tasks that can accommodate every level of skill required to maintain a garden. Our saff would like to also say thank you to the wonderful community spirit Kimberley has and to all people who have been visiting our park. Come by, relax and unplug up at Cominco Gardens.

Hello and good morning friends of Cominco gardens Our staff at the gardens would like to update the community on our business regarding covid-19 -Currently we are open by donation ... -Social distancing practices are encouraged when visiting the gardens, we would like all members of our community to enjoy all the garden spaces and feel safe doing so. There are picnic tables set up and spaced appropriately apart for your safety, you are welcome to sanitize them before using. -The guest washrooms are open and available for use. - Our plant sale is on, all small pots are 5$ large are 10$ we have a variety of hardy wintered perennials available with more to be added later on in the season. Additionally for sale is : jam/jelly, seeds, dried herbs, flower and fridge magnets There are 18 beds full of daffodils and tulips, we are entering peak blooming time!!! Come up, turn off and relax

The plant sale has started up at Cominco Gardens!!! We have a large variety of perennials, cactus and succulents. The prices are 5$ for small white pots and 10$ for large pots.
