We went firm on my buyers deal yesterday! We walked through only 5 homes before he bought this fixer upper. His goal was to find at home to live in short term then sell in 5 to 7 years or when the market feels right for him. We took into consideration what his needs were and what will sell best down the road. I’m happy for him and to the seller that wanted to move forward.
