They go something like this; -Compete with yourself.... -just be better than you were yesterday..... -your biggest challenge is yourself.... bla bla bla.. But wait if you always just compete against yourself, you'll always win. I dont know about you, but I learn more when I lose. . . . . . Being just a better you isn't enough.
