I've created a new product. Group Coaching is here! The Winter Morale Booster!... NUTRITION AND FITNESS GROUP COACHING FOR THE TOUGHEST TIME OF THE YEAR (WHICH IS NOW HARDER B/C OF COVID) Managing our eating and fitness is harder than ever. I need to adapt my services for this struggle. And I can't reach everyone with my premier one-on-one rate, or my limited time. So I've made a more-affordable, yet robust, coaching option. I've been planning this program for a while, and I'm finally happy (thrilled actually) with what I'm offering. Here are the features: Small groups of nice, hard-working people Weekly group meetings, done online A chance to talk about your challenges Or just sit on the sidelines and listen Weekly lessons/topics/themes Downloadable resources Occasional guest speakers Weekly live workout Recipe challenges Fun contests Nutrition tracking options $75 a month, plus hst We start the week of Nov 2, just as darkness sets upon us. Minimum three-month commitment (program ends the last week of January, getting us through Blue Monday). And we may keep going at that point. Meeting times will be weekday evenings, and workouts may be in the AM, before 8 am. Actual meeting dates TBD. Pay upfront and get 10% off or pay monthly. Prices subject to HST.
