These are as easy as FaceTime and allow you to get advice on custom exercises specific to you and your injury, pain management, how to stay active and manage stress during this difficult time. Jersey Day for Hometown Hockey!

Running update: 1. Our free Tuesday night drop in run has started up for the season. This is a relaxed road based run and you will usually find at least one par...tner that wants to run the same distance as you. Meet at Kintec for a 5:30 run time. 2. We will have a paid learn to run clinic starting on Saturday mornings in late March. This clinic will line you up to do a 5km or 10km race in Kelowna in June. More details to come shortly.
