COVID-19 - this is an evolving situation here and around the world. As of now, Landale Signs is remaining open for business as usual. However we are taking steps to minimize the likelihood of spreading the virus for employees in the work place. We are encouraging all employees to wash their hands with soap and water as often as possible, avoid touching their faces, use hand sanitizer between hand washing when touching communal things such as door knobs, and wipe down work sta...tions with Lysol wipes at the end of every shift. Thankfully we have a large shop and office where we can maintain recommended distances from each other. We have asked employees who have travelled out of country to self-quarantine at home for the recommended 14-day period. We have asked that any employees experiencing symptoms self-monitor and assess, and stay home if there is any doubt about their health status. Any employees that are immune compromised are staying home until this situation resolves. We want all of our employees, our customers, and all of our families to stay safe and healthy throughout this evolving global issue. Landale was tasked with removing the old HMV and Brick channel letters from the roller coaster wall at West Edmonton Mall, and install the new set of channel letters that we manufactured for our longtime client, The Brick It was a journey that included many engineering and safety elements to ensure the install at 150’ off the ground went off without a hitch! ...
