Happy healthy new year to all!! We’re so excited to share with you our new salad for January- a spicy Thai eggplant salad with loads of flavour, thai chilies, roasted eggplant, thai basil, fragrant jasmine rice and loads of other colourful crunchy veggies! Enjoy guys!

We all know and feel like 2020 was a year we’ll always remember and one we’d also like to quickly forget. It was hard, there was a lot of suffering and we were all challenged to our breaking points. But what hasn’t broken, what keeps us going as a human race is the idea of hope, that things can and will get better, that we have moments, people, hugs, meals and dancing together to look forward to.
