There are so many people and organizations in our industry who give back to the communities in which we live and do business, make sure you are sharing your stories this year. We all need the good news.

It's #thankfulThursday, and as we begin a new period in Manitoba's COVID-19 pandemic response, we want to thank those in our industry - the professional drivers, the shop technicians, the dispatchers, the customer service reps, those working in safety, driver services, IT - for their dedication. They kept the economy moving since the start of the pandemic - groceries in stores, PPE in schools and medical facilities, and all of those personal home deliveries to keep the rest of us entertained at home - and they will keep it moving through this new phase as well. Let's work together to make sure our drivers in particular are well taken care of during these new restrictions. They are Essential Workers.

While it's not quite time to turn the page on 2020, it is time to start planning your 2021 safety training program! If you aren't yet in the RPM program, why not? Enhance your safety program and achieve SAFE Work certification at your pace. Watch this video to better understand where safety fits into your organization. RPM offers e-courses, available 24/7 from your (home) office on topics such as incident reporting and investigations, train the trainer, and slips, trips and falls.
