Our thanks to the growing numbers who have been attending our new fitness classes. Based on recent guidance form our Public Health authority, all classes have been postponed until further notice - we will be back!

This is an exciting time for the Mariner’s Centre. Having recently completed a strategic planning process, we have begun planning for our future with ambitions to add a new pool suitable for lane swimming, recreation swims, competitive swimming, and instructional programs in addition to a new fitness centre. In the meantime, as a bridge to this new facility, we have been asked to open the former YMCA at 275 Main Street here in Yarmouth NS. In doing so we are thrilled to ad...d Aquatics, Fitness and additional Multi-Purpose space to our existing operations. Although approvals are still in process, our goal is to be open to the community this fall with a full Aquatics program. Our ice is still here for your enjoyment! We are here every weekday for your lunch hour fitness and Sunday's are now 3PM - 4PM. Note - this Friday evening's 5PM - 6PM Public Skate is the last of the season.
