MRC Competition Throwbacks We had pre-competition activities with the city of Edmonton. So we were there Thursday - the next Sunday, 11 days total for me. My favourite memory, I have so many. I loved getting to spend time with my roommate honestly. During such a stressful time we were able to be there for each other. A highlight would be my first wave lap in the Northlands Coliseum, as a portion of our horsemanship. I had the hugest horse. I struggled stepping up he was s...o tall! The second ever Canadian Finals Breakaway is taking place tomorrow in Claresholm, AB For many years, ladies barrel racing was the only event that women were able to compete in at the professional level. With the addition of Ladies Breakaway, it has given women all over Canada the chance to compete for more, and truly show what they are capable of with a rope in their hand.
