We're onto week 3 of our training plan for living a godly life! This week, we're talking about PRAYER. Praying to God is so important in our walk with Christ! In order to have a relationship with someone, we need to talk to them, don't ya think? Well, that's what prayer is. Check out this week's lesson video on prayer!

Devotionals are short readings based on a verse or verses in the Bible that apply to practical, real-life applications. This week in Kids' World, we learned about hearing from God and these devotionals, one for each day of the week, all tie in to putting it into practice! Try reading through these short devotionals and the Bible verses with your child this week. As a parent, you'll probably learn something, too!
God works in all things, the big and the small. From the stars in the sky to the atoms that compose all matter; His hand has formed them all. Join us on March 16 at 6:00pm on Zoom to take a look at some of the amazing things that God has made possible! Together, we will be conducting some fun science experiments, all of which you will be able to gather the materials for and follow along at home! If this is something that your family is interested in, please go to mw.c...hurch/science to register! All ages are welcome, but adult supervision is advised for these experiments. "Great are the works of the Lord, studied by all who delight in them." Psalm 111:2

Happy Sunday everyone! This week we are talking about encouragement. It's important to show the people in our lives encouragement and to lift them up when they're feeling down. We all make mistakes, but having a group of supportive, encouraging people around us lets us know that we're always loved and that we can try again! As our students are heading back to school this week, it's important for them to remember that who they choose as their close friends matters! Who we spend our time with has a great impact on our character. While we must love everyone, we want our closest friends to bring us closer to Jesus. We can tell if someone will be that kind of friend based on the "fruit" that they display. Check out today's video and devotional! https://www.youtube.com/playlist
September is all about Friendship! Who we choose to spend our time with is VERY important and plays a major role in shaping our character. Jesus said that we are to be the salt and light of the earth. What, exactly, does this mean? As Christians, we are all called to spread the good news of Jesus to the world! We are called to bring the hope of Christ to a world in the dark. Find out more about what this means as you watch today's lesson video and work through the activity sheet to go along with it! Happy Sunday everyone!

Jesus tells us in the book of Matthew that we are to be the "salt and light" in the world. What exactly did he mean by that? As Christians, we're called to tell others about the gospel of Jesus; this can be through our words, our actions, and how we treat other people! We want to bring happiness into the world, but we need to remember that true happiness can only come from a relationship with Jesus!
Where are Flat Jesus and Miss Jess?! This is the final location! Where are they? Be the first to comment the correct location and we will send you a $10 Goji's card in the mail!!
