Recently Nando's hosted our first Buddy Training Workshop for 2017 here in Ottawa. This workshop provided a great build on the already existing passion for Nando’s, knowledge, skills and abilities each of these Nandocas have demonstrated in their Casa. Our new Buddies left the workshop with the skills to effectively train with pride, coach with integrity and bring passion, family and courage to life by supporting the learning and development of our newest Nandocas in their ho...me Casas. A big Peri Peri shout out to our sister casa Nando's Orleans for spear heading a huge donation for the Clarence - Rockland Relief fund. We at Nando's Merivale would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our very own Kaitlin Hum in obtaining employment in her current field of Study. Kaitlin recently graduated from Carleton University with a BSC in Neuroscience and Mental Health. and will be leaving our flock to pursue her chosen career path. Kaitlin has been a loyal Nandoca with us for the past 5 years and her contribution to our casa had been great. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours!!!
