Please note we are following the guidelines from Dr Kieran Moore, of the KFL&A Health Unit. Everyone wears a mask entering the building, uses sanitizer, maintains 2 metres distance on the taped spots. We also take temperatures and have students sign updated contact information. Students, with parental consent, may take off their masks during class time, as specified by Dr Moore. Some may choose to wear the mask during class. At other times, in the lobby, going in and out of ...the building, masks must be on. We also ask students to use washrooms at home before class, and come wearing a karate t-shirt, or uniform, and belt. Additional sanitizer stations are available in the lobby and in the dojo training area. Thank you for following these guidelines. Stay safe and stay well.

We are planning an Open House for Saturday, August 29, at 10:00 AM. This would be a good chance for you to bring your child and try a few fun activities. You may also register for the Fall. Training will follow KFLA Health Unit protocols: wear a mask, sanitize your hands, keep 2 metres apart.Bring your child's Health card, and your personal information. Let me know if you are able to attend on Saturday, and we will hold a place for you.

First training in the dojo since March - a long four months of only ZOOM. We were careful, followed guidelines from the KFLA Health Unit, and checked everyone for temperature and updated contact information. Thanks to all the parents for supporting us, and to our great team of Instructors - Phil Boyer, Lance Schonberg, Dan Granger, and Claudine Perusse Wry. Special thanks to Margaret Lowry, who made it all work!

Hello everyone! You are invited, as promised! We invite you to visit the dojo; we will require your updated contact information. Training will follow the new protocols. We have signs from the KFLA Health Unit, sanitizer for your hands, and masks if you forget yours! Following Provincial and Regional health directives, children must be accompanied by an adult, one adult per child.... All people, students and parents, must wear a MASK to enter the Napanee Karate Club building. Please follow the blue tape and use social distancing to keep 2 metres apart. Once we have your updated information, students will be assigned a spot on the training floor. Please reply RSVP if you are able to visit on the morning of Saturday, July 18, 2020 and you will be given a time to attend.
