Those who are close to me know that I have Tourette Syndrome. Older and more seasoned, I am now usually adept at managing my symptoms. It's been a lifelong journey to learn and manage my neurolo-diversity while balancing life, work and family. At times it wasn't easy, but Tourette Canada was always there for me - with information as well as people to support me as needed. I've been benefitting from my relationship with this organization for over 30 years. The comments by senator Ted Cruz are hurtful and invalidate the suffering by those afflicted with Tourette Syndrome. Having no control over what your body does or what you say is a living hell, not a joke.

Virtual groups for kids aged 7-11 who have Tourette. You just need to be a member of Tourette Canada to join (a minor fee). You can be from anywhere in the world ! How cool would it be to connect with kids from another country ! Back in the day, we called them "pen pals" - remember ?
