As an organization who’s vision is to help empower clients to achieve their career success, one of the most challenging aspects of COVID-19 was having to limit the number of clients in our centre. But today, it is with great excitement that we announce we are increasing our resource centre capacity to help better serve you. Following closely with COVID-19 precautions to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff, we have added traffic control measures to adjust flow into... the centre and allow for our exterior access doors to be unlocked. Additionality, while we will continue to sanitize our work areas routinely, we will also be closed between the hours of 12 1 p.m. daily to do a thorough cleaning of the centre. We look forward to this next step during these challenging times and hope you’re as excited as we are! If you have any questions or concerns, please call 902-455-9675 or email [email protected] See more

Statistics estimate that around 80% to 85% of jobs available here in Nova Scotia are never openly advertised. Yes, sadly that means that dream job that you've been waiting for may never show up on our favourite job search engine. How can we approach our job search a little differently to unlock all the opportunities that don't get openly advertised? Join us for a 5-part webinar series starting on November 12th to learn more about why this phenomenon called the Hidden Job Mark...et often has job seekers and employers working in opposite directions - and what we can do to flip the script! Are you up for the challenge? To register or to find out more: email [email protected], call (902) 455-9675, or visit our office at 6950 Mumford Road! #hiddenjobmarket #careerdevelopment #webinars #employment
