Spice up your routine with a mocktail! First you start with a base of 3 strawberries, 3 basil leaves, 3/4 ounce simple syrup, 3/4 ounce lime juice and a couple of cracks of black pepper! Muddle that together in the bottom of your cocktail shaker, add 1 cup of ice cubes and shake! ... Strain out liquid and fill up your glass with chilled sparking water (or Prosecco) for a truly delicious spring or summer sipper! Are you ready for some FOOTBALL? As many of you know, we love to go all out for the big game, so since we can't be in person for a party this year, I'm bringing some of our favourite recipes to you! Last night was so much fun! We celebrated the beautiful @sunshine.annieb 's birthday virtually with many of her close friends and family. We created a dish just for her with a Honey-Garlic Roasted Salmon, with a rainbow of Roasted Veggies and a Lemony Rice Pilaf! To finish (not pictured here) we had a delicious chilled chocolate tart with a minted strawberry & black pepper salsa! ... Such a great night celebrating such a special individual! Shout out to @wilcox.classic and @ashleebrillert for choosing me to lead this event! Much appreciated!
