Daryl and myself, Niall, started this gym with a desire to help the masses. When we opened back in 2013, we were one of the few gyms that stood out from the competitors. We were different from the GoodLifes or LA Fitness; we still are. You weren't just a number in our system. You had a face, a name, a story. We listened to your stories, we helped you reach new goals, many of which you didn't think would ever be attainable. The stories we've heard over the years, from p...eople who shared the darkness in their lives before coming into the gym, who shared how much their lives have changed (not just their pant size), these were the stories that created the community we have so fortunately been able to build together. As you can imagine, being a small business and staying afloat is our biggest challenge right now. We also know that many of you, who put your time and effort into staying fit and healthy, have reached out to indicate you want to help, and we are so grateful to that. This is an opportunity for both sides to support each other. One Body Strength Club has launched our LIVE (and recorded) online workout program to bring you 30 mins of fitness fun four days a week. We pride ourselves on being the BEST 30 mins of your day in the gym and we want to bring that to you at home. Hey Fitness Pros! We are Durham’s BEST boot camp full of awesome lifetime members who are all share a similar vision - to find their greatness. We love nothing more than transforming lives, physically and mentally. This is where you come in: we seeking great coaches! Coaches who love to inspire people through 40 min HIIT group workouts, encouraging them to do one more rep, correct form, are energetic and motivating and love to engage with people in both a 5-20 group setting i...n class and in our private FaceBook group. You are GroupTraining and/or Personal-Trainer certified, have a super positive attitude, open to feedback and not afraid to ask members for referrals. Looking to fill 2 mornings and 1-2 evenings a week plus one weekend a month. Mornings classes: 520am, 6am, 9am and 10am. Evening sessions: 415pm, 515pm, 6pm and 715pm. Weekends 815am and 9am.
