IMPORTANT TRAFFIC NOTICE Commencing Monday January 11, 2021 until Sunday February 28, 2021 Chaplin Crescent northbound at Eglinton Avenue West will be closed to vehicular traffic for the reinstallation of a watermain. The TTC Glencairn #14 bus westbound will detour north on Tarlton to Eglinton; the eastbound bus will detour south on Russell Hill Rd to Chaplin.... Special note : There will be no on street parking allowed on Tarlton or Russell Hill during the closure.
