Paradigm Naturopathic Medicine will be closed Friday April 2nd - Tuesday April 6th we will reopen with our regular hours on Wednesday April 7th at 9am. And as a result of the new guidelines re: indoor fitness Paradigm Yoga Studio will once again be temporarily closed starting Tuesday March 30th. We believe this closure will be until Monday, April 19th but we will be certain to let you know what we know when we know it! Remember Mel has tons of classes on FB as well as a few on our YouTube Channel so please do check them out. Hello Everyone! Just a quick notice as there has been exciting news re: the return to RMTS in some capacity as soon as mid-May. At this time we are not sure what that capacity fully looks like but as soon as we do we will be in contact with you! Thank You for your patience. So things at Paradigm are running "normal" this week in this "new normal" Clinic Hours are Monday - Friday 9-4 - closed for lunch from 12:30-1:30 Dr. Spooner is "seeing" patients either via video call or regular phone call. Our dispensary is open for any of your supplement needs -we just ask that you call in 778-475-3822 first with what you need, we can have your items ready for you, take payment over the phone and you can pick your items up on the be...nch inside the office -so you still get to say "HI!" but from a safe distance Take Good Care Folks and Be Well See more

Update to Dr. Read's Patients As a result of COVID-19 Dr. Read has had to make the very difficult decision to stop seeing patients effective today April 1, 2020. With two young children you can understand she needs to be at home and concentrate on her family. She knows her patients are in good hands. Any currently booked patients will have their appointment changed to be with Dr. Chris Spooner.... We truly hope that this is short-lived and soon we will all be back to a "new normal" Wishing Dr. Read all the best to her and her family. To you and your loved ones, Stay safe and Stay healthy.
