Telehealth involves the use of telecommunications and virtual technology to deliver and facilitate health and health-related services such as the patient interview, assessment, and education along with exercise prescription and self-management outside of traditional health-care facilities. How Telehealth Will Help You Evidence suggests real-time telehealth and telephone-based interventions are effective for improving pain and function in individuals with spinal conditions, osteoarthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions. Who Will Best Benefit? Our virtual one on one services were created for ANY individual who cannot make it to the clinic for an appointment. We eliminate this barrier and come to you via a screen in your home for the same great quality appointment. You can expect to receive the same exceptional care that you have traditionally received in our clinic at Performance Health Group through telehealth services. How do I Get Started? Call or e-mail the clinic and our front desk team will be happy to help you set up the appointment and answer any questions that you may have. If they can’t help you then they will have your Chiropractor, Physiotherapist or Kinesiologist follow up with you via email to make sure it is the right fit for you. A new beginning in motion

Dear Patients, We are writing to share an update on how we will be addressing COVID-19 at Performance Health Group. We have been watching the situation unfold and carefully considering our options. Protecting the health and safety of our patients, team members, and community is of the utmost importance. ... Considering the intimate nature of our practices, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our clinics for a two-week period starting Thursday, March 19, 2020. We will be monitoring and re-assessing the situation daily and hope to start seeing patients again on Thursday April 2, 2020.
