If you are exempt from wearing a mask, please bring a face shield 9- Patients receive a COVID-19 screening questionnaire to complete prior to each appointment. We ask you to not come in please if you’re not feeling well. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment until you are feeling well If you have any questions, comments or concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through phone, email or direct messages. Our Physiotherapists use the Graston Technique on many of our patients. During the initial visit, they locate any muscle knots or restrictions by running the tools over the affected area to feel for any scar tissue which may be causing you pain or limiting your movement. Then they use these tools to break up that tissue which helps to restore mobility and function. Many of our patients have experienced an immediate reduction in pain following their treatment. Send us message or give us a call and let’s see how we can help you move better and feel better!

With these mild daytime temperatures, we are finally having some of the snow melt away BUT it still gets down well below freezing during the night and can cause very icy conditions on walkways so PLEASE be careful out there! We are seeing a real trend in shoulder and hip injuries from falls.
