Lions Head - "Phoenix" The cats out the bag. Epic filming by @svzfly. This has been the biggest project of my life so far. It's been a journey trying to get goo...d enough to opening up this ultra super technical exit with margin. I've jumped it 5 times now. On this jump the wind wasn't too strong so I went for a max glide.This was my 3rd jump from the Lion. I made clifton 4th with good height.. Flying the steeper Lines towards #Clifton 1st and 2nd from the Lion are way more exciting terrain and power to do masive flares. Myself and @katie.sioux.levick are working on an full version video.A video with all the Clips and Angles and interviews with all the finer details about this juicy exit and flight and the training ive done to able to jump such a technical exit with safe margin. So how was it... Well I think it's the best first jump I got with one of my wingsuit, which is nice and maybe also normal if we consider that I'm learning some...thing from each previous one. Start was easy even if I think I can push flatter to make a better one. Flight is the messy part as I am very side-ish because of my weak left shoulder, also grippers are not in the same position and I tried some different positions during the flight that caused the instabilities I guess Opening went well with the wingtip pouch until I mess it up (canopy is flying straight). To clear up a few things about @exilebase : It is not my sponsor or anything like that. Exile is my company, which I started, that will offer BASE jumping speci...fic parachutes in the future. I’ve worked closely with aerospace engineers designing this canopy (the red and white one) which Ive named the GRYPHUS. Nearly 2 year of extensive Computational Fluid Dynamic analyses, prototyping and testing thus far and I’m happy with the progress.
