I was the only one who could work on Valentines Day recently at my chocolate shop, and I was tapped out to the extreme by then (days and weeks of hard long days for me and all of us at Chocolatier Constance Popp). I squeezed out the energy and the positive attitude (hard to do when tapped out ), so it was SUPER nice to see this post on fb: ~~~~~~~~... I am really sorry for the lateness of this post but I just want to share what a wonderful experience I had with Constance Popp chocolatiers....I had mistaken the time when they were open till on Valentines day, totally my fault, missed out on getting the cake I ordered for my girls, next day they called and explained they tried to call but my voicemail was full, (again), asked if i still wanted the cake as it was still there, I said yes please and when I went to pick it up even though it was 100% my fault they gave me the cake along with two large bags of "chocolate bark" and kept apologizing for something that was not their fault! Absolutely excellent customer service that is missing in a lot of transactions these days.....I definitely love their products and commend them for their customer first attitude. you can be sure I will be a customer of theirs for some time! well done! cheers all...
