Meet this brave young man quenten Locke who blessed us with his presence at one of our lodges last year. Accompanied by his dad Joshua Locke, this ten year old young man is not only a great future hunter but he is also a cancer survivor. Our staff will never forget Quenten or his dad and we hope to have them both back one day to complete another hunting experience with us. As Quentens dad said this was a hunt of a lifetime. The staff and cooks fell in love with him. I ...am so grateful for not only the experience but for the treatment provided by Portland Creek Outfitters! We at Portland Creek Outfitters are thrilled to have been able to provide such an experience to these two great people. Quenten you have been an inspiration to us all and you have left your mark on our hearts. We all wish you the best of luck with whatever you decide to do in this world.

Whose excited for their hunt this year as well as us?? We are gearing everything up and welcoming back old and new staff including a new pilot this year. We have the following pilots back including Douglas Payne, Bill and Tony Powell with us again this year and we are pleased to welcome David Mcdonald on-board with us. Stay tuned. Well we are back at it again. Hunting season has officially started, been busy flying our first week of hunters in the last few days. We are off to a great start with at least 2 moose down today and over a dozen spotted. Hope all our hunters have a safe and memorable season. Good luck to you all!
