Spine Stretch. The goal of the exercise is in the name. This is one of our favourite moves here in the studio. -sit up tall, legs slightly wider than shoulders, arms straight out parallel to the floor. -take a deep breath in to grow taller through your spine -exhale as you articulate forward through the top of your head, keeping your tail reaching downward into the floor.
