Precision Well Servicing is hiring a Sales Director. The Sales Director will play a key role in increasing revenues; working in collaboration with others to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets. In addition, the Sales Director will support and guide the core functions of the sales team through team development, sales management, client relations, and internal relations; taking direction from, and reporting to, the Vice President, Business Development. Min...imum qualifications: Strong understanding of technical equipment, well servicing operations and customer base. Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques. Strong organizational and time management skills and priority setting capability required. Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations. Ability to navigate the sales process effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead and direct; minimum of 4 years in a leadership role Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
