Today, we remember

The memorial ceremony commemorating the events of December 6th, 1989, where 14 women were killed at the Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal, will be held this week on December 3rd at 2 pm EST over Zoom. The event will include a keynote address from our new Chair for Women in Engineering, Heidi Ploeg, and the unveiling of a memorial art installation by Haley Adams. Please take the time to join us to remember the women whose lives were lost as a result of this tragic event if you are able to.
