FYI for all current and new clients: I hope that you have all been staying healthy and well! I wanted to give you an update to our reopening, and when you can expect to get back in the gym. We are planning on a re-opening date of July 6th and will start accepting bookings right away beginning then. Many of you are on different schedules now between the kids being home, jobs at home, etc, so please text or email me to see what works best. I know life has gotten in the way f...or many, so please let me know sooner than later if you plan to either switch your spot or not come altogether. Please know that I understand your personal situations, and am certainly not expecting anyone to jump right back in. For those wanting to book their 1 hr- individual workouts (with no personal training), the rate is still $125/month for up to 5x/week use. For personal training, the regular rate of $40 plus GST will still be in effect. Groups and pre-paid package clients: Please PM directly... there are some changes to group workouts. Rules of the gym: -Clean indoor shoes only -Ensure you are practising good hygiene- showering daily, washing hands often, etc . -Please sanitize hands upon entering. Feel free to use the sanitizer provided in between work out sets, etc. -Spray and wipe down all machines after use and dispose of wipes in the garbage provided. -Gym will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized every day -If you are feeling the slightest bit unwell, or have any symptoms of cough, cold, fever, stay home!
