hello, snow (and ice, and slippery steps and sidewalks..) who else nearly ate it this morning while walking their dog? just me? ... it’s that time of year when we have a harder time keeping ourselves upright, so i’m here to remind all of YOU of one of my favourite tips! during the winter months, remember to walk like our flubbery, winged homies: the penguin! having an every day upright walking posture is great indoors and in sunny, dry conditions. however, on days like today, opt for a soft knee and a slightly forward centre of gravity; take smaller steps; and if you feel yourself falling - try not to FOOSH (fall on out-stretched hand). take care of yourselves, and give yourself extra time on the roads! be safe!

To our valued patients, We have made the difficult decision to shut down the operation of our clinic due to the COVID-19 situation, effective today. The clinic ...will remained closed until March 27th, at which time we will reassess future appointments. Any patient who is scheduled between now and March 27th will be contacted directly. Those with appointments beyond March 27th will be notified if their appointments will be affected. We appreciate the love and support that our staff, patients and community have shown us.
