FOR ADOPTION: Pogo :) 10 year old male Pug mix Good with dogs but he will chase cats Home with kids over 12... Weight to follow Pogo is a 10 year old senior with the sweetest character. He was surrendered by his owner as they were no longer able to take care of him. He loves to take half an hour unrushed relaxing walks several times a day. He is great with dogs. Cats make him curious and agitated and he wants to run after them. He is a calm little guy and loves being close to you, following you around and settling at your feet to take a nap. Pogo loves to be petted, belly rubbed and to get head massages. He has some separation anxiety and becomes agitated if left at home alone for more than a couple of hours. As long as he is with you he is a very calm dog. Pogo loves car rides and will settle down nicely to the seat next to you and will enjoy the view. He also enjoys taking a bath and doesn't mind the noisy hair dryer at all. As he is very affectionate, he really does not like to be caged. He is not agitated at home and does not bark. He enjoys being around older children and voluntarily accepts petting. Pogo is a very gentle and loving senior. He will be sterilized and will have dental work done before being adopted. HARLEY needs another big dog at home FOR ADOPTION: Harley 1 year old male Chocolate Lab... Good with dogs yes / Cats unknown Kids over 12 as he will jump and knock little children over Weight 84 lbs Harley was surrendered to us because of his allergies. Harley is a beautiful 1 year old male who is full of energy! He is great with humans and loves to play with dogs but little dogs would be too delicate for Harley. He is now trained to stay in a crate when his foster family is out but 100% needs another dog with him. He cannot live with young kids as he will knock them over. He is clean in the house. He loves going for walks! His allergies are now controlled because he is eating non allergenic food vet food, and he is on a prescription medication called Apoquel which he may or may not need all his life. He weighs 84 lbs so please check with your vet to see the price before applying for him. He does absolutely need non allergenic dog food all the time. He is a lovely dog who needs activities & lots of exercise! If you are looking for a couch potato, he is NOT the dog for you! Please do your research before applying for Harley. RIP Vince D. P. Vince was Susan F.’s husband. Susan is a Rosie volunteer and has helped Rosie for years. Their daughter Alexandra helped Rosie as well. Susan lost her husband Vince last November. Rosie would like to honor his memory. Our deepest sympathy to Susan and Alexandra.... Vince truly loved dogs. May he rest in peace now.

She is cute and friendly and very active like all puppies! She loves to move and play! Pups can change with proper guidance but right now Maple needs to learn that play-biting and grabbing pants is not appropriate. She is learning to be housebroken and cannot be left alone a whole day - she needs to go out every 3 hours to become clean. Adopting a puppy is like adding a baby to your home. You may experience a few nights of crying and things may be chewed. Maple MUST go to puppy school, and we have obedience schools who offer discounts. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, no Facebook messages nor emails will be replied. You *MUST* fill out an application on our website and only her right match will be contacted...we only have 1 dog for 1 family :)

RIP Alice Alice and I are loosing our battle.. Her heart started acting up in September. Rushed her to the vet.. was diagnosed with a failing heart and cancer.. the meds worked for 2months but now her coughing is not as controlled.. her little heart can not take it anymore.. She was rescued at 13 1/2 with a broken heart from a puppy mill. She lived a happy life with me and her mama buddies lounging on the couch, exploring the wilderness and eating treats by the ton! She will ...be missed!! Kim
