Skillet dish to please any Mediterranean appetite. All you need are a few pantry items from Sardo and 30min. Ingredients Preparation: 5 minutes ... Cooking: 25 minutes Servings: 2 meals or 4 starters 1 block of feta cheese, halved or quartered About ten pitted green olives About ten artichoke hearts cup roasted peppers cup of sundried tomatoes 2 tomatoes cut into cubes 4 to 8 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil in small dishes Salt and pepper Steps 1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. 2. Place the feta cubes in small individual ovenproof dishes. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients, then bake for about 25 minutes or until the tomatoes and garlic are roasted. 4. Serve with slices of toasted bread.
