According to the Mayo Clinic 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise prevents and manages many health problems such as depression, high blood pressure and arthritis (2019). Consistency is the key to reaping the benefits of exercise. To help keep you stay consistent with exercise, here is the AT HOME WORKOUT with Bodies By Jay.... Consistency is KEY EMOM (every minute on the minute) for 10 minutes Odd minutes: Squat jumps Even minutes: Standing shoulder press with 5-pound weights Do as many reps as you can over the 10 minutes. Consistency is key so try to keep the same number of reps each time. So if you do 20 squat jumps in a minute, try to keep that rep count each time.
