I really do have all the best clients, but once in a while there's "that client" that gives you all the feels. First United came to me via my "other hat" as the graphic designer for Waller & Associates (www.waller.ca) and I was thrilled to e-meet The Rev. Dr. Carmen Lansdowne, Executive Director of First United. This historic church is in the heart of "Downtown East Side" Vancouver (DTES), and together we designed a refresh of their logo, kicking off a fun rebrand process which includes a "retractable" display. What I love most is that the colours were inspired by a Salish Weaving.
