Did you know: it is better to intermittently diffuse EO's than to constantly have a diffuser running. Diffuse 30 to 60 mins on with a 30 to 60 min break. Your body habituates after this amount of time. With continuous diffusion, benefits do not increase but there is evidence that they body becomes stressed in various ways. Happy Diffusing!

I will be looking for 5 people, who would like a free consultation that would like to work with me as a case study for my certification. I will take a complete medical history, learn more about what issues you would like to address (normally 3 aliments at one time as the body is a complete whole and one area usually affects another). I will create blends specifically for you, with your needs at the fore front. I will take everything into consideration as well; such as any ...allergies or sensitivities you may have. I will have a series of follow ups with you, which can be done on the phone after the initial consultation, to make sure the blends are helping and if there are things that I might need to change to help you. In return, all I ask is that you sign off, that I can use your case study and submit it to my school. Your information will stay completely confidential between myself and the school.
