In a matter of a few days, our daily routines completely changed. We are now facing a new world of social distancing, and many of us are working remotely and having online classes, which can be a difficult challenge. To make things easier, we've gathered a few tips so you can stay focused and productive even during these unstable times: - Create a routine. Set a time to wake up, to have breakfast, to work and also to take breaks. This is important so you have balance and time... for everything during your day, not only just work or just fun, which leads us to the next tip. - Take care of yourself. Try to find hobbies that you like to practice, activities like sports, dance, yoga, meditation, watch a movie, whatever it's best for you. If you can do it inside or in your backyard, it works. Although we need to stay productive, we also need to take care of our mental and physical health. - Set up your home office. Avoid working on your sofa or bed, it will not only give you back pain, but it can also make you feel more tired and lazy during the day, because your brain already knows that those are places you go to have some rest. Now we want to know about you, what are you doing to stay productive?
