Were very excited to see new infrastructure being implemented into our small town in rural Manitoba. When we built our new shop a few years ago, we never imagined that we would have access to gigabit internet in our small town (with a population of just over 600!). We look forward to the service provided by Westman Communications Group, and were proud to operate our business in the forward thinking Rural Municipality of Grey.

Were here for our customers when they need us most. Weve adapted to the changing recommendations developed by the Public Health Agency of Canada and are offering several options to start your repair process both online and on site. Getting into an accident is unpleasant at the best of times, we want to make starting the repair process & getting your vehicle repaired easier. Were very lucky to have one of the best teams working at St. Claude Autobody. Recently, we found ourselves in an unexpected self quarantine situation after returning home from a quick winter getaway. We were kept away from the shop during one of the most unprecedented times in the businesses history. Thanks to our great team, this is the type of messages that we were receiving from our customers. To all our valued customers & friends, Due to rising concerns over the spread of COVID-19, we are taking additional measures to protect our customers & staff. By reducing traffic in our front office, we can minimize risk of the spread while continuing to provide collision repair services and ensure our customers have a vehicle that is safe to drive. Effective immediately our front office will be closed to the general public. ... All estimates, repairs and drop in visits will first need to be scheduled via phone, text, or email. Once you have contacted us, we will work with you to determine the best way for you to access our services while upholding the recommendations set forth by the Public Health Agency of Canada. Those attending our facility by appointment will be asked to remain in the newly designated waiting area to ensure that social distancing best practices are observed. **Please let us know you have traveled outside of Canada withing the last 2 weeks. Preparation for COVID-19 Like you, were monitoring the latest news about the coronavirus outbreak as it unfolds. Unavoidably, this event will have an impact on everyones daily lives, including our customers and staff. As a locally owned and operated business, we want our customers to know that their health and well being, along with that of our staff is our priority - our families live and work in this community. Our team has really come together during this difficult time... and are working diligently to make the most out of the situation that we find ourselves in. At this point we continue to be open for business during our normal business hours. Following the direction of the Public Health Agency of Canada, we are continually introducing new safety measures to help contain the spread of COVID-19. During these unprecedented times we have heightened the frequency of our cleaning and sanitation protocols which include: - Frequent hand washing by all our team members - A handwashing station is available to our customers in our reception area in addition to our reception washroom. - Any team member feeling ill or showing symptoms of illness is being instructed to stay home. - Additional personal protection precautions & sanitizing of vehicles upon arrival for repairs and before delivery. - Increased frequency of sanitizing all points of customer and staff contact. - Any staff members who have travelled internationally are being asked to self isolate. - Keeping staff updated on the latest health updates by WRHA, Manitoba Health and Canada Health. In addition to these practices, we will be taking additional steps to support social distancing recommendations which includes vehicle pickup and drop off to minimize personal contact. These options will be made available to all of our customers to ensure minimal disruption in their day to day lives. Lastly, we encourage any customers who have travelled internationally or may have been in contact with the virus to notify us and reschedule their appointment. St. Claude Autobody will continue to follow the safety recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada. We will stay up to date with any changes that we make to our processes that will help increase the collective safety of our communities.
