Happy Saturday Friends. I'm guessing we are all on our phones, computers and just sitting more often. Starting next Monday at 10 am (we can change the time) I will be offering Yoga classes, either through Facebook Messenger or Facebook Live (depending on demand). They will be nice gentle classes to get us moving. The classes will only be about 45 minutes long as I won't be there to see if you are in your pose correctly or not. ... We need to keep breathing and moving. If you are interested in this please send me a message. I hope you will join me.
