Just want to shout out to Angelika and Klaus Posselt. They have donated many items to this auction, including the feature item Firepit custom made by Industrial... Transformers (item #54). Angelika is a Rotarian and VERY involved community member, helping out with Meals On Wheels and organizations such as The Postmen Burns Lake Outpost who supported folks during the past fire seasons. Tahtsa Group would like to acknowledge and thank all the first responders during this terrible pandemic. But an extra huge THANK YOU to our Houston Volunteer Firefighters, BC Ambulance Service and RCMP, for their fast, efficient response late Friday night at Pacific Timber’s Corwood site. While the site did lose a few office buildings and a chip truck to an intense fire, we are so thankful that no one was injured. An extra thank you to the good Samaritan who phoned it in and to Chris Doyle for jumping right in to assist in fighting the fire. Stay safe everyone and thank your first responders who risk their lives so we may be safe, pandemic or not they’re out there and deserve the utmost respect.
