To all of our preschool families: I just wanted to post a general message to all of you to let you know that we DO plan to open as scheduled this September. I am working on the details for our Meet the Teacher days to happen on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th, with the first day for students to follow on Thursday 17th, Friday 18th and Monday 21st. As you can imagine it is a bit more complicated this year to plan with everyones safety in mind. To that end I want to assur...e you that we will follow all Alberta Health guidelines as we get up and running this year. We are licensed by the province of Alberta and as such get all of our information from our preschool licensing officer. In the coming weeks I will send out to all registered families a (very!) detailed email with anything you need to know concerning sending your child to class this Fall. I have been wanting to wait until we are a little bit closer to getting started so that the information you receive is as accurate as possible at that time, since as you know things can change from one week to the next. If in the meantime you have questions or concerns please feel free to email me directly and I will do my best to answer. I want you to know that we are all VERY excited (and maybe a little bit nervous) to see our returning students again (it has been a LONG time!) and to meet our newest little ones. Im sure most of you have these mixed emotions as well as we start a new year that is unlike any we have faced before. I will quote the often used phrase (sorry!) Were in this together!
