Late Summer in our classes following covid protocol we were confined to our designated squares. Without the possibility to rotate on the dance floor we took the opportunity to practice circular walking! . . . In-person classes are suspended until Feb 5. We will continue to adapt to comply with public health orders to keep dance available and our community safe.

Nov 27 Update: All in person classes are temporarily postponed per the new Provincial Health order. Our studio is following a strict updated COVID-19 Safety Plan and we will continue to adapt as needed to keep dance available and our community safe. Since reopening in September our small, physically distanced classes have run smoothly with respect for all protocol and without incidents. Be calm, be kind and be safe!

Nov 20 Update: With Provincial Health approval we are back in class starting Nov 23! Our studio is following a strict updated COVID-19 Safety Plan and we will continue to adapt as needed to keep dance available and our community safe. Since reopening in September our small, physically distanced classes have run smoothly with respect for all protocol and without incidents. Our classes are full for this series and no drop in is allowed however we are taking inquiries for January. Be calm, be kind and be safe!

Nov 9 Update: In response to the latest restrictions in the lower mainland, our classes will be postponed for two weeks. We have submitted our COVID-19 Safety Plan to our Medical Health Officer and we will continue to adapt as needed to keep dance classes available and our community safe. S e p t e m b e r N e w s When the pandemic hit in March and we closed our studio we were incredibly grateful that the hall where we have held our classes and milongas since 2008 would waive the rent on our yearly contract. Understandably they can no longer continue to do this with BC Restart Plan which began in June. We have decided to resume teaching small groups to keep alive our space for our community. PRIVATE CLASSES SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES 2 4 couples TECHNIQUE CLASSES 4 6 students Following guidelines from Provincial Health BC Restart Plan we will begin to offer small group technique classes, private and semi-private classes. Our regular program class series, workshops, practicas and milongas are postponed until further notice. We will continue to follow advice from local government and health authorities.
