#YouMatter Mark your calendars because September 25th is You Matter Day in Medicine Hat. This is to ensure that the conversation around improving mental health,... specifically mens mental health, in Medicine Hat and the surrounding communities stays front and centre. Sadly, 3/4 suicide deaths that take place in Alberta are male. 50% are middle-aged men (40-64 years old). This trend can no longer continue. RBC, along with the Health Foundation and several other local businesses will be participating. For every coffee purchased from Station Coffee Company, Madhatter Roastery, Inspire Studio, Gallery & Café, Zucchini Blossom Market & Cafe, The Copper Leaf Cafe, The Hat's Olive Tap and Redcliff Bakery (2nd Street) $1 will contribute to a fundraiser in support of mental health. Every oil change at Mr. Lube will contribute $10 to the fundraiser. Please help your friends, family and neighbours by sharing this post.
