I definitely have a go to workout look. I love my high rise tights (keeps everything in place while I skip, jump and stretch) A longer lightweight tank underneath to cover my bum :) A long sleeve top that’s usually cotton or a natural fibres to help keep me cool and comfortable.... Finding workout clothes that are modest and allow you to move comfortably is not always easy. What do you struggle with when it comes to finding the right workout gear? What are some of your fave go to workout items?
Nourish to flourish. What are the first 3 things you’d enjoy from this plate?! Also as you go into the new year and may have made some resolutions about food and diet. I want you to think of these few things. - Focus more on getting in veggies and fruits (have a few chopped up and ready to go!)... - Drink more water - Try and cut out refined sugars and processed foods - Cook more meals at home - Eat more mindfully - Follow the 80/20 rule. Have 80% of your meals be focused on wholesome whole foods. Think of all the delicious and nutritious foods you can enjoy to feel good as opposed to restricting yourself and feeling deprived.
