This is one of the messages I received from my Higher Self a few years ago that shifted my entire understanding and approach to healing: "You are not here to h...eal your disease. You are here to heal YOU. This was one of the big awakenings of my healing journey. That my healing wasn’t about trying to heal the disease; it was about healing myself. I knew why I had AIDS and kidney failure. And it wasn’t because of what I was eating or not eating, it wasn’t because of what my parents health history was, it wasn't because I hadn't tried the right herbs or gotten alkaline enough yet, it was because I didn’t love myself. Full stop. And the internal vibration I had created in my energy field from not loving myself was toxic to my body. My body could not hold that energy, and stay healthy at the same time, because my body was created to house the energy of my soul: Love. Without that energy, it couldn't stay healthy. And so it didn’t. So it was that that I had to heal: all the ways + places that I was withholding Love from myself. My body wasn’t betraying me, or punishing me, and it wasn’t broken. It was just starved of the energy that it needed to be healthy - the energy of my own Love. #selflove #selfhealing #wellbeing #wellness

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve taken the path of trying harder to get a breakthrough that I wanted (in my health, my finances, my relationships, my work..., my dreams, etc), just for it to seem even further away than it was before. But the moment I stopped trying so hard, and shifted my focus to acceptance and trust (facets of Love Energy), instead, it happened for me. An sometimes instantaneously, and often miraculously. I’ve learned that the solution to whatever problem we have, and the key that opens the door to the manifestation of what we want, isn’t more effort, but more Love. We always just need to add MORE Love Energy to our situations, not less.

RE-ASSURE YOUR INNER CHILD DAILY If I had to pick only one practice that is crucial right now for all of us, it would be this: Daily conversation with you...r inner child. Re-assuring that part of your psyche that can experience a lot of discomfort with the ever changing landscape of reality we’ve been experiencing since March. This is what it can look like (adapt to your style): imagining yourself as an infant and holding yourself with tenderness and complete acceptance re-assuring your inner child verbally, You are safe. I will never leave you. You are loved just as you are. validating your inner child feelings, it is ok to feel what you feel. Your feelings are welcomed and honored. telling your inner child specifically what you love about her/him, ...you are so pure. I see you. Your tenderness, your curiosity, and your creativity are so divine. I am so grateful for our connection. It’s important to remember that inner child is the part of our psyche that is in charge of our: ~ vulnerability ~ creativity ~ our core wounds In my work I observe that when I help a high performing leader/entrepreneur to establish a daily practice such as described here, their quality of life goes through the roof...they feel more centered, more peaceful, more trusting, and more magnetic. Experience this for yourself. Your inner child is with you for the rest of your incarnation. It is very wise to build a loving relationship with her/him...one daily connection at a time.
