We have a sweet surprise for you!! GARLIC! After December is when you will really struggle to find local Ontario garlic in any grocery store, it’s when most suppliers are completely sold out. So at harvest time we kept a bin put aside so that in the winter time we could offer you some! ... Garlic will keep for months if stored properly (we recommend a dark dry spot in a brown bag) your fridge or even freeze it! Orders are now welcome and local delivery is an option. $12/lb (7-10 heads) Orders and etransfers can be sent to: [email protected] Please include your address!

We are now closed until March 2021! We wanted to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who have supported us this year. This year was a tough one in so many ways but your generosity towards our children and their vegetable stand as well as our tree farm and store was truly incredible, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts We have received so many messages and kind words towards our tribute on our front door for the construction workers who lost thei...r lives last week. This really hit home for us as Rob (my other half and co founder of treehuggers) has been in construction for the last 25 years. A stark reminder to be thankful for each of our loved ones, especially this year Our kids have already mapped out their veggie garden for 2021 and hope to bring you the same great quality produce next summer!! Thank you for making their garlic journey such an amazing success! Thank you for all of the donations and calendar sales! The day is here! Our LAST day open until March!! We are open today 9-4pm we have gorgeous Christmas trees for sale and pies are in! Son in Law Produce Ltd. also have their famous farm fresh potatoes for sale! Peach, Blueberry , mince,cherry Peach/blueberry, Bumbleberry ... Elderberry, Raspberry, raisin Cherry/raspberry Strawberry/rhubarb Christmas cakes are also back! Don’t forget cheese, butter, Choclates and garlic! It’s a rare sight to see bare shelves around here! We’ve been hit hard these past few weeks with the ‘buy local’ support! As we scurry to replenish stock we are extending our warmest thank you to each and every one of our customers who continue to chose Treehuggers as their go to. We are open until 4 today and then again NEXT Friday and Saturday before we close until March.

This is it!! Our last two days open until March!! Today and tomorrow 9-4!! Pies will be here Saturday only! They are fresh baked and can easily be frozen for your holiday meal ... Christmas trees arrive this morning around 9 and should be unloaded, ready to go shortly after these are not treehuggers trees, but our family in Norwich who have lots left over so we’ve offered up our yard to them! It’s a cold one this weekend so dress warmly as line ups may be long with our limit of two persons in the store or one family at a time.

We are sold out of trees for this year but our family in Norwich have plenty left! It’s not a far drive and the trees make it worth the trip! Son in Law Produce Ltd. this may be one of the only farms left with any trees!

We have all the goods for your holiday treats! Our vendors have restocked us with some amazing items! Since we are in the red zone for our area, our rules still apply. It’s been a very busy fall so far over here on the farm. Tree sales and installations have kept us extremely busy but we wouldn’t have it any other way we are still replying to all of our voicemails and messages, please be patient with us as spring and fall are our busiest times. Treehuggers will BE OPEN this coming Saturday October 10th!! 8-5pm Saturday only. We have some great fall additions to the store and we will have an assortment of fresh made Mr. Amish pies for thanksgiving

It’s true! Tree farms help produce oxygen and reduce carbon dioxide. 1 acre of trees produces enough oxygen for 18 people each year! We always joke we are oxygen farmers it’s not as funny unless you are a tree farmer haha As we head into year 8 of the 15 year national North America tree shortage, Treehuggers is committed to serving our community and families with the best trees locally grown and pruned.
