This Valentine’s Day, we want to thank you for your generous heart. Your support has helped avert homelessness, provided necessary counselling and health solutions services, purchased groceries and medicines, paid bills, and so much more for music workers navigating the pandemic for nearly a year. We love your heart, generosity, and commitment to keeping music alive

Unison is launching a new Health and Well-being in Canadian Music survey. The survey aims to assess the Canadian music industry’s mental health and wellness to better inform us of the needs facing our community. We’re looking for perspectives from all areas of the industry. If your job is technical, creative, behind-the-scenes or in front of a microphone or camera, we want to hear from you, so we can provide you with exactly what you need for a sustainable, and healthy career.... By filling out this form, you are helping Unison Benevolent Fund understand your wellness barriers and needs so we can better serve you. With these survey results, Unison will be carefully curating the "Unison Wellness Studio" which will cover the major pillars of wellness through a series of workshops with free resources and tools delivered to you virtually. All survey responses are 100% anonymous and the form will be up for 3 weeks: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/unisonwellnesssurvey
