Hello, and welcome to my page! If your new to this neck of the woods, let me introduce myself, my name is Vera and I'm a registered massage therapist. I have been practicing since 2008. It has been an honour to be able to provide care for all those I have had the opportunity to provide treatments and support for over the years! It really never gets old as every person is a brand new puzzle to solve often with many issues to unpack piece by piece. Discovering that piece that h...elps clients feel healthy again is so humbling and so very rewarding! I am an educator of my clients who more often than not are wanting to know what is causing the pain and together we explore their history, their questions, their fears, their journey, often between various other health care providers who have tried to help them along the way. As we discuss all of this, I am listening carefully to them describe the issues as they see them, then, by asking specific and informed questions, begin to explain what the issue may be as I see it. This discovery is critical to the work we do as therapists and as we listen carefully, we are often able to see something that may have been over-looked and can move the client forward in their recovery and their path to wellness... To me, there are few things in life more rewarding than hearing "you have changed my life" from a grateful client... I want to thank those of you who have essentially put yourselves at my mercy in hopes that I can help with your health goals. I take that trust very seriously and every single day I try my best to make sure that I deserve it.
