We understand with the new restrictions that there is a lot of concerns surrounding everything and we want to remind everyone that we are still open and able to do over the phone consultations as well as in-clinic booked appointments. If anyone has appointments this morning or are looking to book, we are having computer system issues and have absolutely no access to any appointment info or charting. We are working on getting back up and running as soon as possible. Some appointments are needing to be rescheduled until we are back up and running. Our phone lines are down, hoping for a speedy recovery! If you have an appointment booked, just pop your head in the door to let us know if you cannot get through to us over the phone.

Please make sure you are cancelling your appointment if you cannot make it in. These are spots we could help others and book them. We understand sometimes there are circumstances that keep you from coming, and we understand this, but we appreciate a call to cancel even so as we could fill this spot very easily with someone else. This Saturday is our first weekend open as a trial! If we have interest and patients , then this will continue! It will still be NO walk ins so please call us during this week to be put on the call list. In person appointments will be booked for select concerns that require in person attention. The clinic will be open Saturdays 10am - 2 pm starting June 13. These Saturdays will be a trial for now to see if there is the demand for it. If there is not enough interest, it will not continue long term. Due to Covid restrictions we are still unable to accept walk-ins but are offering same day appointments. We are accepting phone consults with Dr Antoniuk and Dr Bani! Dr Guzik is available for her patients as well. As before, we will start with a phone consult and then if the doctor needs to bring you in, we will book you an in-clinic appointment after they have spoken with you. We also still have online bookings for phone consults available through our website.

Dr Bani is back in the clinic Monday May 25 and is taking new patients. Please call to book an over the phone consult, as well as he will be available for in person appointments if necessary!

A reminder to all of our patients: It is mandatory within the clinic to wear a face mask and to apply our supplied hand sanitizer before entering. We ask you to wear a mask for the safety of yourself and everyone in the clinic. We will ask you to return later if you do not have something to put over your face. It does not have to be a face mask, it can be a scarf, balaclava, any face covering that can be securely fastened to your face. A sleeve or your hand does not count. We also ask that you do not wear gloves either. This is not a safe practice as they spread bacteria more if not utilized properly.

Good Morning Everyone! Today does mark day 1 of Albertas relaunch strategy. As the world makes its way into phase 1, we would like to let everyone know that we are not yet going to be opening our doors to business as usual. Although we look forward to the day where the waiting room is full and we get to see all of your faces again, we need to focus on keeping everyone safe and as healthy as possible. That being said, we are still here for you!! Our phase 1 will look very s...imilar to what we have been doing. We are not accepting walk in traffic at this time. Give us a call 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday, and we can put you on our call list for the day. If you have a specific doctor you would like to speak with, please also indicate this. We have some doctors in the clinic for when we do need to bring patients in, and some working from home strictly over the phone. The doctor will call you within the day that you call us requesting a consultation, and the majority of issues we are able to help you over the phone with. If, after you have spoken with the doctor, they want to bring you in then we will bring you in as a booked appointment after this. You will be asked to wear a secured face covering (not your hand or shirt. Scarves, balaclava, homemade masks are all acceptable) and apply hand sanitizer in the clinic before entering. If you cannot comply with these requests, we will not be able to have you come in. If you require a consultation after our main clinic hours, as stated before, Dr Bani is available by his own personal number until 9PM on weekdays and during the days on the weekends. 587-599-0679. We are increasing our in-clinic appointments slowly. For now, we will keep in place talking to a physician first over the phone before we decide to bring you in. We do recognize that there are always things that need to be dealt with in person and we are prepared to accommodate all of these. We are utilizing medical grade cleaners, and upholding the highest of standards when it comes to disinfecting after EVERY patient. If you have Drivers Medicals, bandage changes, suture removals, cast removals, injections, blood pressure checks, we have an LPN Monday through Wednesday to assist in making these seamless and quick appointments as they are generally "essential" in clinic appointments. As we shared yesterday, please do not hesitate to call us. We are here to help you in any way we can during these unprecedented times!

We would like to put out a reminder for our patients and for people in our community. Please do not ignore symptoms (even if you are not quite sure) and not contact the clinic because of the fear of going out right now. We are here and available by phone still mostly and most things we can handle over the phone. If there was a concern and a need to bring you into the clinic, we are taking this all very seriously and our clinic is spotless. Masks or face coverings of some kind are mandatory and hand sanitizer is also mandatory and provided inside the door of the clinic. We are taking all the necessary precautions to keep you and ourselves safe and healthy. Once you have received a patient portal invite, and completed the registration, the email that you received will expire and you will not be able to use it to log back into your account. Your initial login into your portal will also time out, requiring you to sign back in after a certain amount of time to maintain security of your account. When you need to log back into your account, you will have to input the following web address into your browser exactly as follows. We are excited to be able to offer our patients a new way to contact our office. Our program at the office has developed a Patient Portal! This is a secure way to communicate with us. You will be able to receive lab results, requisitions, and other documents through the portal once you have seen or spoke to a doctor and they have approved sending it; however, your emails become a permanent part of your medical record. If you are interested in being sent an invite for the Pat...ient Portal, please contact us by phone first and we can send that off for you. It is very easy to set up, just follow the link in the email, set up your account, and then continue on to the messaging tab to start a message. PLEASE NOTE: Your registration information has to be exactly what we have in the system. If you have questions about this, please give us a call as well. The doctor you have booked with will call you and address your needs over the phone. ... Book to talk about any issue. If it cant be dealt with over the phone then you will be given a time to come into the clinic.

Covid 19 update. It is unfortunately very clear now that 20 % of covid 19 positive patients are asymptomatic. This means that you could have the virus and be spreading it without knowing that you are. And it is spread merely by speaking. We are requesting that everyone who comes to the clinic wear some form of face cover. It doesnt have to be a special mask. It can be a scarf a towel or even the shirt youre wearing. Please just cover your mouth and nose. Help us continue to provide safe medical care.

We have heard that Telus service is down throughout Alberta, BC, and Sask. Our texting line is through Koodo which is through Telus. Please call the clinic if we do not answer your text right away.

All of our doctors are available. Please remember we are not accepting walk ins and you must call to either be put onto a doctors call list or to be booked in the clinic. Some of our doctors are only working from home over the phone . These doctors are Dr Amin, Dr Roob, and Dr Bani. Please feel free to give us a call and our receptionists can work with you to determine whether to put you on the call list or to bring you in to see an in-clinic physician.

As of right now, we will not be starting Saturday hours or our different "clinics" that were supposed to start in April. Thank you for understanding!

We will either be able to help you over the phone with getting a physician to call you for refills, results, doctors notes, or requisitions. OR we will ask you a series of questions and then potentially book you an appointment. Dr Guzik is back and is accepting appointments again with her patients. You will still be screened and if we ...are able to help you over the phone, we will still set you up this way. Dr Eyo is also here and taking appointments with his patients. The same protocols are in place with him as well. Our bathrooms are closed to the public. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are booked an appointment, you will be asked to text us at the 587-598-2098 texting line to let us know you are here and then we will let you know when you can come in. This is to keep the waiting area clear of patients. Please do not call this phone number. Dr Carter has come out of retirement to assist the clinic in these times and will take booked phone call consults with patients between 9 and 1PM. We are having issues with our one phone line, and of course its the one that calls generally come through on. We are trying a solution but if you cannot get through initially on it, please hang up and try again. People are still able to get through.
